     I charge only for services necessary and for those you want and need. You hire me to shoot the photographs while you enjoy the event. You then have two options to receive your photographs: 1) You select them on line from YourCaptures.com and pay for them there or, 2) I provide you with digital copies of all the best captures on CD(s) or DVD(s). If you select them from on line, I email the digital files to you. (This method requires a high speed internet connection if you require a large number of photos or higher resolution photos.) You decide what size you want. You order as few or as many as you want!

     Below, you will find my fees for services. Whether you want captures of sports events, civic events, family or social gatherings, or simply photographic evidence of an insurance loss, the fees are the same. Do you have an inventory of the contents of your home or office in case of disaster? Do it with photographs. Filing a claim against a builder or contractor? Get the photographic evidence of the problem. Digital files are easy to store, easy to send and can tell the story in true perspective.

     I am a retired U.S. Navy Chief Paralegal where I was also a court reporter claims examiner and adjudicator with vast experience in third party insurance claims recovery, tort claims, and accident and criminal investigation and prosecution. I have conducted and reviewed thousands of investigations of this nature. I am trained to be detail oriented and know what is needed to bring it out in the open through photography. Photographs truly do tell a thousand words.


Fee List

     The following fee list was updated May 29, 2008 and is subject to change. The following rates are for one-time reproduction rights.
     
All photography is shot in digital format. Any printing desired must be arranged by the client.
      I am pleased to offer a free photo-session for anyone in uniform, currently serving in any branch of our armed forces. Your session will include multiple shots, and free 8"x10" digital images on CD.

     Travel Fee
     A modest travel fee may be applied to certain situations. This fee varies depending on distance traveled and incurred expenses. Photo sessions held within certain areas will be excluded from the travel fee. Sessions within Brazos County are presently excluded.
     
Service Fees

Service Fee Explanation
Basic Service Fee $135.00 This is a minimum charge and includes up to 1 hour shooting time and includes either 1 CD or DVD containing image files, or the on line option. This fee is payable in advance. One-half (1/2) of the fee is refundable if cancellation is made more than 1 week before the event. Fee may be increased on holidays.
Additional 1/2 hour shooting blocks $35.00 After the first 1 hour, time is charged in 30 minute blocks at $35.00 per block or portion thereof
1/4 hour stand-by time $7.50 If there is more than one 10 minute delay before or during a scheduled shoot for whatever reason the wait time is billed at $7.50 per quarter hour.
Weekend & holiday surcharge $50.00 Weekend and holiday times are in greater demand. This fee is payable in advance and is not refundable.
Additional CD/DVD $20.00 If the number of image files requires more than one CD, this is the cost of additional CD's or DVD’s. If copies of CD's or DVD’s are needed, this fee also applies.
Video DVD for PC $37.50 DVD's of digital video recordings are produced in the computer lab. This fee includes delivery. These DVD's contain files for computer use (up to 30 minutes). May also include billed computer lab time.
Video DVD for TV $48.75 These DVD's are made to run in a recent model DVD player (up to 30 minutes). May also include billed computer lab time.

Other Computer Lab Services

     There are many other computer services available including conversion of still pictures to DVD's for playing on the TV. Slide shows for PC presentation may be produced. Photoshop retouching is also available for such things as blemish removal, wrinkle reducing or cloning; commonly referred to as “air brushing” or “glamour.” Photoshop CS and Photoshop Lightroom color and light correction is also available. I create custom E-Books -FlipAlbums and FlipBooks. I also offer desktop publishing using software compatible with most professional printers. Computer lab time is billed at $60/hr.
